Queen City Industrial Solutions is a packaging company that specializes in cost and service. We design custom packaging that meets customer needs and provides a cost savings. We service the Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky areas from two locations: our headquarters in Clarksville, TN, and our warehouse in Hopkinsville, KY..

We manage inventory for our customers and deliver as required. This reduces the need for storage space in the customer’s facility, and frees up manufacturing space, which is so precious in today’s market. By simplifying month-end inventories, and significantly reducing on-hand quantities, this service also frees up personnel to fulfill other needs of the company.

We sell all forms of expendable packaging, which includes corrugated RSC’s, HSC’s, tubes, pads, and partitions. We also provide foam padding, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, poly-bags, and VCI bags. We provide containers and dunnage designed specifically for customer programs.

Also, we sell returnable packaging, such as returnable containers, and plastic corrugated partitions and pads. These items are resistant to liquids, such as oil and coolant, which increases their lifespan.

Another service that many customers find beneficial is our kit-assembly. We provide triple-wall bulk-pack boxes to our customers stapled to a pallet and ready for their product. This saves valuable material-handling time at our customers' facilities. We also provide kits including boxes, assembled partitions, VCI Paper, VCI Bags, angle boards, and desi-packs. The kits arrive ready for the product, reducing labor costs and packing time.

As an additional service, we provide timely delivery of the items we sell. For in-stock items, we will usually arrive at your facility in a matter of hours, not days or weeks. We will adapt our delivery schedules to your production needs, even making after-hours deliveries if needed.

Another service provided by QCIS involves warehousing and inventory management. For example, we receive overseas shipping containers for Robert Bosch Corporation. We manage their inventory, inspect as needed, and provide daily delivery of parts to meet their needs. We interface with both the supplier and the customer to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain. We provide all necessary documentation related to the management of each container.
