Queen City Industrial Solutions employs a sophisticated inventory tracking and purchasing system, based on empirical data, recent order trends, physical counts, and customer interaction. Our two main goals are to provide totally accurate invoicing on all accounts, and to maintain adequate supply of all needed materials. To achieve this goal. we utilize a triply-redundant sales-invoicing system, and keep close watch on our supplies.
Our computerized warehousing system includes programmed alerts based upon four separate criteria. These alerts indicate purchasing needs based upon historical heuristics, recent monthly sales trends, recent weekly sales trends, and of on-order item status.
Accurate invoicing is insured by two separate calculations of weekly sales totals, based upon posted data and based upon invoice calculation spreadsheets. Before sales are billed to the customer, these totals must match the totals on invoices generated in the bookkeeping department.
All of these measures are taken to insure straightforward and worry-free supply of desired products to our customers.
